United Way of Greater Atlanta brought together its grantees and stakeholders to create a set of shared program measures to demonstrate progress towards moving the needle on the Child Well-Being Index.

Glymph and Associates reviewed department’s data collection protocols to ensure the collection of necessary data and impactful calculation of economic impacted. Glymph and Associates also facilitated an Urban League of Greater Atlanta Board of Directors Retreat.

Glymph and Associates provided a series of training workshops to instruct participants on fundamental leadership concepts, visioning, branding, college access, STEM, and conflict resolution strategies.

The training informed and inspired students of postsecondary options and opportunities, built leadership and persistence skills, and help youth get to know their vision and learn effective ways to make effective progress toward their vision.

ATLANTA HEIGHTS CHARTER SCHOOL

The workshops stressed the value of pursuing postsecondary education and developing the skills necessary to achieve success. They shared emphasized admissions requirements, standardized testing, resources available to finance college, overview of the FASFA, and the tools needed to be successful in college.

Glymph and Associates provided college access programming to students, parents, and staff. The sessions helped students become college-aware, college-ambitious, and college-exposed.
100 Black Men of Dekalb County
100 BLACK MEN OF DEKALB COUNTY

Glymph and Associates trained students enrolled in 100 Black Men of DeKalb County’s Leadership Academy. The team instructed participants on fundamental leadership concepts and conflict resolution strategies.
outcome
The training raised their ability to view conflict as the natural outgrowth of diversity among people, which could be addressed in a “win-win” approach that strengthens relationships. Participants had a greater value for building long-term relationships and utilizing mediation to resolve problems.
